2. Return Request Time

Customers must report any issue within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order.

- Clear product photos
- Packaging photos
- Short explanation of the issue

Return or exchange requests made after this time may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return once opened or used:

- Cosmetics and skincare products
- Undergarments or personal-use products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to customer use
- Items without original packaging
- Any product marked as non-returnable on the product page

4. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, or personal preference unless the product is eligible under our return policy.

Please check product details, size, color, specifications, and images carefully before placing your order.

5. Exchange Policy

If your return request is approved, we may offer an exchange depending on product availability.

If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund where applicable.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed payment method.

Refund processing may take 7 to 10 working days after approval.

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side, such as sending the wrong, damaged, or defective product.

If the customer returns a product for a reason not caused by Aura Shop Limited, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for photos or videos to verify the issue before approving a return, exchange, or refund.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the return policy will apply after delivery.
